As a supplier of temporary and permanent staff to the hospitality industry across the UK and being based in the city, it was agreed that we would be a perfect partner to the Academy's model. Paramount Personnel specialises in the supply of all levels of hospitality staff and has clients ranging from Celebrity Chefs, Michelin Star establishments, hotels and resorts to local pub restaurants. We feel very strongly about the industry that we work in and firmly believe that more needs to be done to help talented youngsters achieve their maximum potential by nurturing and mentoring them and pointing them in the right direction for their future development. As well as arranging the working placements for the students, we will also be acting as their agents to assist them with their chosen direction within the hospitality world.
